- RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please email us at email@example.com explaining the reason of the return and we will try our best to accommodate your requests. We won’t be able to accept any returns without having received an email first.
You can return or exchange new, unworn, undamaged, unwashed items, in their original condition, within 10 business days of receipt. Please note that customized & outlet items are non-returnable. Please carefully package your return items, ideally in the original shipping box including its packaging materials and tags. Please enclose a copy of the sales receipt and the delivery receipt from the courier.
See the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:
- Clothing: All clothes may be returned in their original condition, must be new, unworn, undamaged and unwashed. Please be careful of makeup and deodorant stains on the garments.
- Shoes: All shoes may be returned in their original condition along with the original box and silk bag in undamaged condition. Both the box and the silk bag are considered part of the product. Shoes must be unmarked and unworn. We recommend you try them on with thin tights and only on carpeted surface, so the soles and heels don’t get damaged or marked.
How to return or exchange
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or have ordered the wrong size you may exchange or return your items in perfect condition as described above. If you wish to exchange a product please contact us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to request an exchange and indicate the new item you want including size and color. In this case you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Once we receive the returned items, conDiva will ship the new order. All exchange requests must be sent within 10 business days of receipt, otherwise we will not take accept any returns or exchanges.
- If you receive wrong items please contact us immediately via email at email@example.com and we will take care of the product exchange at our own expense. You should notify us within 10 business days of receipt, otherwise we will not take any responsibility of returns or exchanges. When you ship the package back, please make sure you include sales and delivery receipt from the courier. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and in original condition including packaging. Shoes must be returned in their original box, including the silk bag.
- In case the package looks damaged when delivered, you should NOT accept it and please contact us immediately and we will replace it at our own expense. If you do accept the parcel, conDiva is not responsible for returns or exchanges.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please DO NOT ship a package without sending us an e-mail first. Shipments from third countries need to be accompanied by an international form. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you instructions on how to proceed with your return. If you do not notify us via an email prior to shipping the package we will not accept any returns/ exchanges.
- REFUNDS / STORE CREDIT
If you wish to return your order and get a full refund or store credit please contact us within 10 business days of receipt. In that case, you will ship the package back to us at your own expense. You may expect a refund within 7-14 days after we have received your return. Refunds can be issued in the same form of payment that was used for the original purchase. If desired, we can issue store credits to be used at a later date. Once a refund has been issued, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided on your order. Please note that gift cards and shipping fees are non-refundable.
- PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
We're happy to issue a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of the purchase. A refund for the price difference will be issued in store credit. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.
- SALE ITEMS
You may return or exchange a sale item within 10 business days of receipt. The sale price may be granted again should an item be exchanged for a different size. Alternatively, you may receive refund or store credit equal to the sale price.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
