Important Notice for Non-EU Customers

    Depending on the value of your order, your conDiva parcel may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and/or carrier handling fees upon arrival. If charges apply, they must be covered by the recipient. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and can vary widely from country to country, so we’re unable to predict the exact amount or include it at checkout.
    For more accurate information, we would suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you're not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

    If a parcel is refused or left unclaimed by the recipient, destination customs may treat it as abandoned and may dispose of it (including destruction). In these cases, refunds cannot be issued.

    PAYMENTS

        We accept all major debit/credit cards, PayPal, bank deposit, and Cash on Delivery (available only in Greece). All online transactions are encrypted and fully secure. Credit/debit card payments are securely processed via the 2Checkout (Verifone) payment platform. 

        If you select bank deposit, our account details will be provided once your order is placed.

        Please note that Cash on Delivery is not available for international orders.

        ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

        The total delivery time includes both the order processing time and the shipping time. Since most of our clothing is made to order, processing typically takes 2–7 business days before shipment. The shipping time depends on the method you choose and is outlined in the tables below. Please note that all delivery times are estimates, as we cannot predict potential delays caused by customs procedures or your local postal service.

        Remote area Surcharge

        Since we ship worldwide, certain locations may be classified as remote areas by our shipping partners (according to the DHL pricing policy). In such cases, an additional shipping surcharge may apply. As we are unable to predict this in advance for every destination, we will contact you directly before shipping in case your location falls under this category. You will be offered available shipping options to choose from, including any potential surcharges, so you can select the solution that works best for you.
