1. HOW CAN I CHOOSE THE CURRENCY I PAY IN?
Your debit/credit card will always get charged in your local currency. There are no additional charges even for international transactions.
All our prices are in Euros, but you can change the displayed currency by selecting your desired option from the currency converter which is located at the top of the website (header - please see below).
2. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major debit/credit cards and payments via Paypal, Bank Deposit and Cash On Delivery (Greece only). If you wish to pay with your card, select either the credit/debit card or Paypal option. You don't need a Paypal account in order to use this method and pay with your card. You simply sign in with your email and enter your card's information.
All online transactions are secure and encrypted.
If you select the Bank Deposit option you will receive our bank account information once your order has been placed. Please note that wire transfer fees may apply.
The Cash On Delivery option is NOT available for international transactions.
3. HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Most orders are typically processed and shipped out within 4-7 business days after your order has been accepted. Custom made items may take additional time.

4. HOW CAN I FIND THE RIGHT SIZE FOR ME?
If you are not sure about the size you need to get, we recommend you take a measuring tape and measure the perimeter of your bust, waist, and hips. It’s usually better to have someone else do it for you. Then use the guide below to find the right size for you.

5. HOW CAN I ORDER A CUSTOMIZED ITEM AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
Whether you want a fully customized item, or are interested in having an existing design customized according to your preferences, we are more than happy to assist you with any requests you may have.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to discuss the details and get a cost estimate. Costs vary depending on the design and materials you choose.
6. CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Before your package has been shipped we can change/cancel your order, or edit your shipping details. If you wish to amend your order please email us at email@example.com, or contact us via social media as soon as possible. Please note that exclusions may apply.
7. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
If your chosen shipping method is UPS, you will receive a notification from UPS containing the tracking number.
If your chosen shipping method is regular post office, we will notify you via email once your order has been shipped and we will add the tracking number to your order’s details page. You may use the provided tracking number on your local post office’s website in order to locate the package. The tracking number will get activated once your local post office receives and handles the package. This may take a few days after shipment.
8. HOW DO I EXHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the reason of the return and we will try our best to accommodate your requests. Please note that we won’t be able to accept any returns without having received an email first.
